Warehouse Management System (WMS)

The Warehouse Management System (Manhattan) provides full visibility and traceability of customer's stock from receipt into store, within our warehouse through to the point of final issue.

Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) includes the following features:

  • Stock receipt and issue details including specific customer reference details if required. This process will take no longer than 24 hours.
  • Real time inventory information on stock availability, receipts, issues and back orders
  • Stock tracking within the warehouse location system to provide complete product visibility
  • First in/first out and first expiry/first out issue facility
  • Stock replenishment based on order point, min/max stock levels and setting of safety stock levels to prevent stock-out situations
  • Serial or batch number control, including expiry date management
  • Full history of stock transactions and stock usage which includes demands and sales history
  • Automatic monitoring of average stock holdings and stock returns.

Desptach System

CW uses our own fully integrated despatch system linked directly with the majority of transport companies. This system is also integrated into the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan).

Reporting

The system provides a number of standard reports and inquiries which can be modified, or if required, new reports can be easily and quickly developed to meet your specific reporting needs. Typical reports available which readily relate to retail consumer goods include:

  • Stock on hand, including current stock, damaged stock, obsolete stock
  • Stock movement by pallet or sku
  • Stock value by sku
  • Stock level alert for minimum stock by sku for re-ordering
  • Alert for expired stock, including use by dates
  • Stock levels and movement history
  • Manifest reports for despatch
